Date: 2022-02-18Read: 32
  Lifejacket lightA lighting fixture composed of lampshade, lamp holder, luminous body, circuit board, battery, and connectors, which is suitable for indicating the position of drowning personnel wearing life jackets at night to rescue personnel at sea. Its performance complies with the current "Marine Life Saving Equipment Specification" and "Marine Signal Equipment Specification" in China, as well as the provisions of the "Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea" that will come into effect in 1986.
1. The life jacket light should be able to work normally within a water temperature range of 1 ℃ to+30 ℃.
2. The life jacket light should be able to be stored in an air temperature range of 30 ℃ to+65 ℃ without damage.
3. The luminous intensity of the upper hemisphere of the life jacket light in all directions shall not be less than 0.75 cd cd, and the luminous duration shall not be less than 8 hours.
4. For dry battery life jacket lights, the light should start and light up within 1 second after the switch is turned on; The touch water switch is immersed in water, and the lamp will start and light up within 1 minute. The seawater battery life jacket light should be able to start emitting light within 2 minutes of the battery being placed in water and reach a luminous intensity of 0.75 cd within 5 minutes in seawater; Achieve a luminescence intensity of 0.75 cd within 10 minutes in freshwater.
5. The placement of the life jacket light on the life jacket should be stable and simple. When a person wearing a life jacket falls into the water from a certain height, it should not be damaged and will not be thrown out of the life jacket; When personnel wearing life jackets swim or float in the water, it should be ensured that the light-emitting component of the life jacket light is exposed above the water surface, and the seawater battery is submerged in the underwater part of the life jacket.
6. The switch arrangement of the life jacket light should be flexible, clearly marked, and reliably turned on; The sealing plug of the seawater battery should allow the wearer of the life jacket to open it by hand, allowing seawater to enter the battery body.
7. The life jacket light should be white light.
8. Life jacket lights should be sturdy, durable, and resistant to vibration.
9. Life jacket lights should be corrosion-resistant and resistant to corrosion, and not excessively affected by seawater, oil, or mold invasion.
10. Life jacket lights should have good water tightness.
11. Life jacket lights should have good fire resistance.
12. When the light accompanying the life jacket light is a flashing light, it should also:
a) Set up a manual control switch;
b) Flash at a rate of no less than 50 flashes per minute and no more than 70 flashes per minute, with an effective luminous intensity of no less than 0.75 cd.
