On October 13, 2006, IMO.MEPC159 (55) resolution was officially adopted by IMO.MEPC, which set new requirements for Annex IV of the MARPOL73/78 Pollution Prevention Convention regarding ship domestic sewage treatment facilities. Starting from January 1, 2010, all domestic sewage treatment facilities used for lifting new and old ships must comply with the requirements of this convention.
Our company has developed a new generation of "sequencing batch membrane method" SWCM marine domestic sewage treatment device based on the requirements of the new convention and years of experience in the design and production of marine domestic sewage treatment devices. It has successfully passed a series of product type approval tests organized by CCS, as well as multiple tests such as saltwater test, tilt test, and zero load test.
This SWCM type marine domestic sewage treatment device contains the domestic sewage generated on board in a collection buffer tank and crushes it with a crushing pump. Then, it is pumped into a sequencing batch tank for integrated program control treatment of "water inlet aeration sedimentation drainage leisure". After MBR treatment, it can fully meet the requirements of the IMO.MEPC 159 (55) resolution standard through ultraviolet disinfection.
The SWCM membrane method domestic sewage treatment device has a built-in membrane design that can better adapt to the special working conditions of ships. It does not require folding, washing, or automatic cleaning and maintenance, making the membrane life longer and more suitable for use. The device adopts PLC automatic control and is suitable for 24-hour unmanned engine rooms. It can also be used for vacuum collection of concentrated sewage. Due to the smaller hydraulic load, the membrane method is more adaptable.
The SWCM type marine domestic sewage treatment device is used to treat fecal sewage (also known as black water) from toilets and sewers on board ships, so that it meets the discharge standards and is discharged to the side of the ship. This device can also be used for treating greywater on board, but greywater should be pre treated and matched with larger capacity devices.
The SWCM membrane based domestic sewage treatment device utilizes the treatment principles of activated sludge, contact oxidation, and membrane bioreactor MBR to degrade organic pollutants. MBR can achieve efficient, efficient, and clean treatment of wastewater, ensuring that the discharged water meets the new IMO standards and other stricter requirements.
The SWCM membrane method domestic sewage treatment device can be used for various types of ships and offshore oil drilling platforms with 10-300 crew members.
