A steam water separator is installed between the cooler and the blowing pipe. A calender is a device used to improve the glossiness of paper surfaces and is a type of calendering and polishing process. The roller surface temperature ranges from 120 degrees to 200 degrees, and can reach 230 degrees. The purpose of installing a calender at the rear of the paper machine is mainly to adjust various indicators of the paper, including smoothness, thickness, elasticity, etc. At present, high-speed paper machines with higher weight production generally have large deviations in banner weight and moisture content, which can easily cause significant thickness deviations in the paper. The thickness deviation of the banner is relatively large, which is prone to producing concave and convex marks during winding, and also prone to wrinkling during rewinding, seriously affecting the quality of the paper.
