1. Stainless steel soil sampling drill or organic glass sampling tube, as needed, installed on the extension rod at the top.
2. After the sampler is removed from the water, the sample is taken out for analysis through a piston.
3. The T-shaped handle and extension rod are all connected by a wrench, and several 1-meter extension rods are selected according to the sampling depth.
4. Use a soil drill bit to take a sample, directly insert it into the sediment, rotate the handle, pull it up, use a scraper to take out the soil sample, use a transparent organic glass sampling tube to take a sample, assemble it, slowly rotate and insert it into the riverbed sludge, pull it up, use a tool to remove the two ends of the glass tube, and use a piston rod to push out the sample. The sediment column sampler (column mud sampler) is used to sample from the bottom of soft, sandy, and moderately hard water bodies. The use of sediment column sampler (column mud sampler) is very simple. Samples can be taken from both shallow and deep waters. The replaceable sampling tube has a length of 600mm. When the sampler enters the water, the plastic valve at the top of the transparent resin glass tube will open to ensure that water can flow freely through the sampler tube. The columnar mud collector can be inserted into the bottom of the sampling area by hand or by its own gravity. When the required sample is collected, the sampler is removed from the sediment, and during the ascent process, the valve at the top of the sampler will close due to the action of water pressure. Moving upwards creates a vacuum effect, allowing the sample to remain in the tube without loss.
5. After use, please clean and pack into the instrument box and portable bag.
