1. The initial calibration should always be performed by qualified maintenance technicians.

　　

2. In an ideal situation, maintenance procedures should be performed daily, monthly, or annually.

　　

3. To extend the service life of the machine, one thing to follow is to wipe the inside of the rotor with disinfectant and rinse immediately after use.

　　

4. When using, attention should be paid to abnormal vibrations, noise, and deterioration of parts. If such a situation is found, it is recommended to stop the centrifugal equipment and remove the plug. In addition, it is recommended to contact qualified maintenance technicians.

　　

5. In addition to cleaning the equipment after use, daily maintenance of the high-speed centrifuge should also be carried out monthly. The monthly routine inspection should include many things, such as cleaning the casing and cleaning the rotor accessories with neutral cleaning agents. Usually, equipment should be cleaned with mild cleaning agents.

　　

6. Annual maintenance should include cleaning condenser coils, filters, and fan filters. Centrifugal brushes, bearings, timers, temperature and speed, and electrical integrity should be checked.
