Operating ProceduresAir compressor is one of the main mechanical power equipment in many enterprises, and it is necessary to maintain the safe operation of air compressor. Strictly following the operating procedures of the air compressor not only helps to extend its service life, but also ensures the safety of the air compressor operators. Let's take a look at the operating procedures of the air compressor.
1、 Before operating the air compressor, the following issues should be noted:
1. Keep the lubricating oil in the oil tank within the range of the scale. Before operating the air compressor, check that the oil level in the oil injector should not be lower than the scale line value.
2. Check whether each moving part is flexible, whether each connecting part is tight, whether the lubrication system is normal, and whether the motor and electrical control equipment are safe and reliable.
Before operating the air compressor, it is necessary to check whether the protective devices and safety accessories are intact and complete.
4. Check if the exhaust pipe is unobstructed.
5. Connect the water source and open all inlet valves to ensure smooth flow of cooling water.
2、 Attention should be paid to the operation of the air compressor. Before starting, it is necessary to turn the machine for inspection, paying attention to whether there is any impact, jamming, or abnormal noise.
3、 The machinery must be started in a no-load state, and after the no-load operation is normal, gradually put the air compressor into load operation.
4、 When operating the air compressor, after normal operation, various instrument readings should be regularly monitored and adjusted at any time.
5、 During the operation of the air compressor, the following conditions should also be checked:
1. Whether the temperature of the motor is normal and whether the readings of each meter are within the specified range.
2. Whether the sound of each component during operation is normal.
3. Check if the suction valve cover is heating up and if the valve sound is normal.
4. Whether the various safety protection equipment of the air compressor is reliable.
6、 After 2 hours of operation of the air compressor, the oil-water separator, intercooler, and aftercooler should be drained once, and the oil-water in the air storage tank should be drained once per shift.
7、 When the following situations are found during the operation of the air compressor, it should be stopped immediately, the cause should be identified, and eliminated.
1. Lubricating oil or cooling water will be cut off.
2. Sudden increase or decrease in water temperature.
3. The exhaust pressure suddenly increases, causing the safety valve to malfunction.
The power part of the press operation must comply with the relevant regulations of the internal combustion engine.
