3. The humidity fluctuates widely and cannot reach the set value for stable operation.

The term 'humidity not rising' refers to the humidity being lower than the set value, and its main faults are divided into the following categories:

1. If the humidifier does not heat, the water cannot be heated, so naturally it cannot be humidified; There are several possible malfunctions of the humidifier not heating up:

A、 Humidifier without input power supply: Check if the power supply line is connected properly, identify the power failure issue, and connect the line properly;

B、 Heating tube burned out in humidifier: Use a multimeter to measure the resistance of the heating tube. If the resistance is too high, it can be determined that the heating tube is damaged and needs to be replaced with a new one;

C、 There is no water or the water level is low in the humidifier: Before heating the water, the humidifier needs to be replenished with water from the water supply system. If the device's water shortage alarm or pipeline blockage causes insufficient water level in the humidifier, it will also result in inability to humidify. Therefore, the pipeline needs to be cleaned or the water tank needs to be replenished with water;

2. Humidity sensor malfunction, unable to accurately detect humidity values, resulting in inability to increase humidity: Humidity sensor malfunction can be classified into the following situations:

A、 The humidity sensor is broken. Hold the sensor with your hand and check if the temperature on the instrument changes. If the displayed value does not move or jumps, it can be determined that the sensor is broken and needs to be replaced with a new humidity sensor;

B、 The inaccurate humidity value caused by excessive error of the humidity sensor with the use of *: Remove the gauze on the humidity sensor, put the temperature sensor and humidity sensor into a cup of water at the same time, and check the values of the two sensors on the thermostat. Generally, the difference between the two values is within 0.5 degrees. If the difference is too large, correct the humidity sensor to ensure that the values of the two sensors are the same or close;

C、 The humidity sensor is not installed properly, resulting in inaccurate humidity detection;

Conventional humidity detection uses the dry wet bulb method, which requires hanging gauze on the sensor for measurement. When the length of the sensor inserted into the test chamber is too short, it can also cause inaccurate humidity detection, and the installation position of the sensor needs to be adjusted to the initial position.

If any abnormalities are found, the user should contact the manufacturer's after-sales department for assistance in resolving the issue.
